When I run the Crystal Report 9.2 in Win98/Me System, the system prompt me error msg :

The Ms Layer for unicode (unicows.dll) can not be found, this program will now exit.

I did download the unicows.exe, and install into c:\windows\system32

Can anyone pls help me to solve the problem.
