One of the problems with replicating the visibility of the method into the comment is that it is easy to get out of synch with the actual method visibility.

Yes, I could generate some sort of documentation during the output time, but this takes too time long and this documentation gets very fast out of date. I dont't think about the classlib bloat - it can be very easily cleaned up before building the final product.
