We use VPE here at Optimal Solutions. Are you using the DycoDocs templates or just coding straight to VFP??
When looking at the VPOS and HPOS in the FRX file, keep in mind that there is a magical number you have to account for. VFP adds an extra 1979.16666666 if using inches or 502.7083333 if using centimeters for each band in the report. Basically, it's the height of the gray horizontal bar representing the band when you are using the Report Designer.
