Glad you figured it out. And you made me aware of the existence of the property Maxheight. :)

>Aha... Figured it out. I wrote that the only thing I changed was the height. I realized after I hit send that that isn't accurate. I had to change the maxheight to over-ride what was in the parent class since I'm making this form a bit bigger than the others. Evidentally, there's a bug that won't let you over-ride the parent class's maxheight. I just increased the maxheight in the parent class and all is well.

>>I guess you're working with an older vfp-version. This is a bug that's resolved. There is a workaround in your version. One of the properties that you have changed should be set to the default in the Properties Sheet and coded to what you want it to be in the Init() method. However, I don't remember the name of the property. Show me your list of changed properties and I might be able to tell you. Best advice is to experiment with those properties.

>>>I've had this problem throughout the project I've been working on the last couple months. I'll set a form to a particular height and width, run it, and it will have shrunk. When I go back to the designer, it's still shrunk. It spread from form to form, popping up apparently randomly. After a lot of searching here, I determined that having the scrollbars on was causing it. I turned them off and didn't have the problem for a few weeks.
>>>
>>>Now I have the problem again. This time, though, it's not the scroll bars. It's happening to only one form so far. I set the height to 475 and, when I run it, it changes to 431. The width stays the same. If I open it as a table, I can clearly see height=475, yet the height is 431. I've tried changing it, saving it, exiting VFP, and coming back. When I open the form again, it's 431.
>>>
>>>The parent class's height is 465, so it's not setting it to default. I have no idea where it's pulling 431 from.
>>>
>>>Any ideas on this? So far it's just the one form, but last time it spread like a virus from one to the next. It got so bizarre that I could type the height in at design time and when I hit the enter key, it would change what I just typed in! I'm hoping I don't have to deal with that mess again.
>>>
>>>Any help would be appreciated.
>>>
>>>Thanks,
