The SaveCode is a flag that 'Indicates whether .MPR is not deleted when a menu is generated'
the NoLogo 'Indicates whether the application displays the FoxPro introduction screen'.

This information can be found in the 60pjx.dbf, which is a table found in the filespec subfolder in the VFP home folder.
