This is interesting... because I always get flack for suggesting it, but if you are not doing this from ground up and converting the application (no longer supporting the current application) to run via a browser (ASP), I HIGHLY recommend using a thin client solution and leaving your application alone.

Most programmers look at every problem from the perspective of a programmer and attempt to program a solution when the real solution may not be to program at all. There is no easy way to convert an application to run via the web (ASP, HTML, etc). You will get suggestions about west-wind, asp, etc, but this will entail rewriting the majority of your application and in the end make you and your staff have to support two separate systems.

A thin-client solution (Terminal Server, Metaframe, etc) will more than likely present a few problems that have to do with the application being run on the same box concurrently, but it will not force you to rewrite your application.
