I am doing a copy command to output my .dbf file as a comma delimited file.

< copy to "testfile.csv" delimited >

When I create the .csv file it does NOT have the column headers as part of the file.

What is the proper syntax to output the column headers to be the first record in the comma delimited file, and the actual data to follow starting at record 2...?
