Hi andy,

In the Refresh method of the textbox (I'm assuming it's a textbox) put the following code :
This.Visible = (This.Value = 'prospect')
Issue a Textbox.Refresh() or Thisform.Refresh() in the AfterRowColChange method of the grid (assuming that you're displaying the records in a grid).
