Create a method called showfield and it that have

IF ThisForm.CustType.Value='prospect'
ThisForm.CustType.Visisvle=.T.
Else
ThisForm.CustType.Visisvle=.F.
ENDIF

and in your navagiation buttons top,prior,next,buttom put

dodefault()
thisform.showfield()
