It typically is needed when using the CLX components in Delphi (for cross-platform Windows/Linux development). Most likely, somewhere in one of your units you've got a Qxxxx in the uses clause. Do a Search for files in the project for " Q" (notice the leading space) or ", Q" or "Q".

The qtintf.dll file can be deployed with the CLX application in the same directory, or copied to where most DLLs are found: C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System according to p.18-6 of the Delphi 7 Developer's Guide.
