I don't have a Header or Footer set. My report currently gives me a 1" Top, Left & Right margin. It also gives a .5" Bottom margin which I don't need. Is there any way I can get rid of the bottom margin?

Simply put, it's a rending problem between the machine that you created the report in and the machine that's printing the report. This is controlled by the device driver for the particular printer. Try removing the values in the Tag, Tag2 and Expr fields in the first record of the report.
