Hi to all!

i have one project to complete in coming week. this is all about getting data from excel sheet and save it in my database and then again build reports on that imported data.

i am facing problem to doing so. when i open a excel file and after doing my work when i quit from prog that excel remains open in the memory. and i can easily seen this file open in task manager or while working in 98 machine. plz help me to finish the instance of excel from the memory when i shutdown the programe.
