I need to create an empty copy of my database and tables from one location to another.

The problem I've got is that I need to create an empty database, and then place each table from the source into the destination, but with no records (COPY STRUCTURE), but the only problem is, how can I create an empty database programmatically with no user interaction? And then place the tables into that new database.

I don't think you can, any suggestions?
