I forgot, if this item was discussed already, sorry. Is there a way to control, where ToolTipText control is going to display relative to the object? For instance, I noticed, that on one of my colleague's form, which has navigation bar close to the bottom of the screen, the ToolTipText sometimes is not visible (it's shown down at the screen).

We have similar problem with comboboxes, so it would be good to have a property to control, where the list is going to appear.
