Yes, we have a very good protection. We suggest to use corporate SMTP servers as those are usually maintained professionnaly and not used for spam. But, also, this is oriented geographically. I mean, there is high percentage, among those list of servers, that reside in the same areas. This is from my own observation so far when monitoring those lists. IAC, corporate SMTP servers will do it, in most case, or to let the ISP know so they can adjust themselves. Those who don't don't take their responsability. If they don't do it, that's because they spam.
