For weather reasons, sounds even worse than relocating to Wisconsin (not!). I left Wisconsin for many reasons, but weather was at the top of the list! I just cannot envision having to plow the snow out of my driveway daily before being capable of driving to work! :o) Not to mention doing it again after the snow plows come by and stack it all back up for you again! :o) Then of course there would be the differences in laws, culture, etc... Probably a much better living environment actually!
