I've been unable to get the vsn 9 RDC object to work in VFP such that entering a
Local ocr as Craxdrt.Application
while coding allows me to review all of the pems of the application model. I tried to manually register the RDC using the intellisense mgr. but with no success. Once I run the program and the objects are created then I can see everything. In the Crystal docs I came accross this note under the topic
"Unification of the RDC object model" which states:
Note: The RDC ActiveX Designer is only available in Microsoft Visual Basic.
So it may be that the Activex can no longer be used in an interactive manner by defining the local, and this probably explains why I can't register it in the Intellisense mgr. I can see it in Visual Basic though so I know that it is in the registry. Any thoughts?
