When I want to give my users the ability to download a file, I simply name it in the href of an anchor tag. Then all the user has to do is hit the link, ie: Download me now, and the file comes down the pipe after a little client side dialog stuff is completed. However, I want my users to download an MS WORD document. It does not seem to work. Is there a way of changing some attributes of the page to allow the .doc file to download rather than instantiate.
