More typically people put a combobox in the grid, a listbox would make you have to have a very tall row height.

To put a cbo in the grid, select the textbox in the grid via the property sheet, click the form designer window titlebar, press the delete key. Then you can drop a cbo from the forms toolbar into the grid to replace the textbox. Set the column.Sparse = .f.

The cbo should have either an array or a none for it's RowSourceType.
