Ouch!

This problem is already fixed in VFP8 beta. Tool Tips are displayed always above objects and positioned correctly relative to edges of screen. Combo box list is also sensitive to screen edges, though it still drops down below the form's edge when control is at bottom of form. Anyway, its much better...
