For all those who are interested in how I solved this problem...

I sent my problem to the author of Redemption and he replied with a solution that I would never have guessed in a month of Sundays! Place the HTML text in both properties!! It worked!
.body = lcHTMLString
.HTMLbody = lcHTMLString
