I need information from the c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\services file and I'm wondering if there is a good way to go about it? I've started working on opening the file and looping through every line until I find what I want but I have to believe there is a more efficient way of doing this. The line I'm looking for is:
van52 5200/tcp
and I need the 5200 number. Is there an API call to pull this or another way other then how I'm doing it?
