I'm just wondering what everyone else (software vendors, that is) is doing regarding the following:
1. What do you use for recording orders and generating invoices?
2. What do you use to keep track of your users?
Has anyone written their own program, or found a commercial program, that will allow you to enter order, print invoices, AND track your users? By tracking users I mean, keeping track of their serial number, version, contact information, etc.
