If it's a VFP mtdll, you won't need the vfp7r.dll. If you don't want to use a .msm, you could copy over the .dll/.tlb/.vbr, regsvr32 it, copy over the vfp7renu.dll and vfp7t.dll files to the System32 directory, and include the VC++7 runtime (MSVCR70.DLL) as well (including registering it).
