Well, thanks for that prod, Rick. TablesThatNeedUpdating = 0. WTF? I started trimming fat from main.prg and low and behold - my error handler must have been stepping on some toes somehow. Moving it's loading until after SDT does it's thing and voila - everything is peachy again!

>I guess that eliminates my "upgrade to 6.0d" response. Have you tried looping through the tables programatically to see if you can determine which one(s) may be causing the "updating"? Just use the oMeta.oSDTMgr.SelectTablesToProcess() to fill an array of all the table names, and then loop through them, using the table name in oMeta.oSDTMgr.NeedUpdate().
