I am considering trying out Crystal Reports to provide a flexible data selection and reporting tool for our "advanced" users and in reviewing Crysta's web site I see that there are several versions available from Standard to Advanced. We would have from 5 to 10 users needing the tool and we would only be accessing VFP and Excel data sources on our LAN.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom about which version is most suitable in these circumstances. It seems to me that the Standard version would be adequate but I find their website a little overwhelming.
