Be sure to 'SET EXCLUSIVE OFF' in the VFP app.

>Could some point me to an area where I could find out what to do with my new VFP application to allow it to access a file that the DOS network is using without getting the file busy problem. The files reside on a server where the DOS applications use a LANTASTIC Peer to Peer LAN to run. We are now adding Windows machines using Windows Peer to Peer to access the same server. The DOS applications have no problem sharing the files but the new VFP application immediately gets the file busy problem.
