what part of "...as a world wide free public beta for anyone (not just VFP developers) to download and use... " suggests that it is restricted in any way????

There are other free downloads available through the MSDN site and I take what KenL says to mean one along those lines.

Maybe too many people have been looking at lawyer output recently.
