The VFP 8.0 is going to be downloadable on msdn.microsoft.com by anyone, not just MSDN Subscribers. MSDN Subscriptions usually include public betas, which VFP 8.0 beta was not until now. BUt instead of just having VFP 8.0 beta be downloadable for MSDN Subscrption customers, we decided to make it available to anyone as well from the public msdn.microosft.com web site. MSDN Subscription customers will be able to download VFP 8.0 after it is completed very early next year, while it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the VFP 8.0 stand alone product boxes to be available in the channel resellers after that.
