That is not the standard behavior; something in you particular form is causing that effect. Are the controls bounded to some data, which may change or be refreshed whenever you change pages?

(If you can't find it, try droping a new tabcontrol, checkedlistbox, etc. into a new form -it will behave as expected- and then build from there!)
