Hi Mark,

I am connecting to both Foxpro tables and SQL Server 7 but not 2000. Sorry.
However,I found a knowledgebase article that seems to be referring to the problem you are facing. The link to the MS knowledge base article is http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q314814.

They are talking about this eror ocurring when you have a LIKE statement in you SQL command.
