Lets say I want to send a prvate message to another user. I choose the Icon at the top of the screen and a new form opens up that allows me to enter my message. But I have to use the look up button to search for the user I wish to send the message to. So I press the Icon of the World with the little magnifying glass. Then a pop screen comes up allowing me to enter criteria for my search. My suggestion is that it is not intuitive that I need to press a RETURN key in order for my search to begin. This screen (and others that mimick it) need a submit button or at the very least a text line telling users that pressing RETURN key submits the form for searching.
