I need to connect an ASP classic page at the server to a third party utility that cannot use 0-based arrays. I remember reading - years ago - that VB had a setting to force 1-based arrays instead of 0-based. I do not know if that works in VBS and in any case I could not find the command or directive in MSDN, for either VB or VBS.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
