An errata section, as you mentioned. I had already suggested, a while ago, something like a hyperlink at the end of each article, to a list of corrections. This list might be editable by the author and the editors.

May be it would be a good idea to have two-three volunteers each month to proof-read the magazine. We have to have them in each language.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
