I asked this question last week and was surprised by the lack of a response. So I thought maybe the planets were aligned properly and everybody was pre-occupied with other things. Let me ask it again and see what happens.

We are software developers and have thousands of users. I'm just wondering what everybody else is using for invoicing (new orders and upgrades) and enduser tracking (contact information, serial#, version they have, upgrade info, etc.)?

I must admit that we have developed our own internal software, but I'm thinking there must be commercial software that will do it better than we have???
