Hi:
There was a thread a while back on conference attendence for VFP. Just came back from the .NET conference in Orlando, there was around 900 people there. More then the last VFP conference, but not in the thousands.... economic concerns have hit every community I guess.
David Lazar ( old Fox guy), did the keynote. Seemed really nervous, stiff. Sounds was awful during keynote, kept cutting out.
Conference had great content, but not as fun as VFP conferences. None of the bonus session stuff with "hostile user interfaces" or "Jeopardy".
If it wasn't before, it should be clear now though, start learning .NET stuff and SQL Server, it will be everywhere!
