More proofreading of the "finished layout", to avoid most errors in the first place.
That's what I'm doing now. Please, point me to any issue you dicover. I'm working on several quality improvement issues.

An errata section, as you mentioned. I had already suggested, a while ago, something like a hyperlink at the end of each article, to a list of corrections. This list might be editable by the author and the editors.
I'm not sure about including a link for every article in advance, since I hope the errors would be minimal. Maybe we can add an addenda section on the magazine main page, with the complete list for every issue and article who needs a fix or clarification. This can be suggested by the author, the readers, or just by the magazine staff.
Let me work on it. I'll present my plan to you to gather some feedback.
