Well, you were considering Oregon, correct? Not much difference then! :o) I remember it raining for 3 months straight in Rogue River (or at least it seemed to!)

>>Hi Tom,
>>
>>Glad to hear we're in the news. However, if you like Californian weather then I fear your retirement to Ireland would be short-lived. Our climate is described as "Temperate". If you were to replace that with "Rains all the bloody time" you'd have a more accurate picture of our weather pattern. <g>

>>>Good morning Liam;
>>>
>>>There was an interesting program on television about Ireland on Saturday, centered with the topic of Dublin. According to the story for the first time in Irish history, Ireland is hiring workers from other countries. To me that is good news, even though I am from the United States. My ancestors left Ireland long ago as did so many of Irelands youth to gain opportunities for employment. Often I think of retiring in Ireland.
