If you're going from Win2K Pro or lower to Win2K Server, then you will definitely run into some security issues. Most of the extended security is for data access: you will need to allow the IUSR and IWAM accounts read and write access to all data files including CDXs,FPts, etc. Other than that, I suggest you create an InstallShield setup that does everything you need - once that's perfected, you never have to worry about it again...
