No way but parse query for SPT cursor and look for source tables, as well as query SQL Server for ID fields. Quite complex stuff.
BTW, with this approach you can have cursor returned by stored procdure, but updatable into SQL Server table. OR, have ANY query with ANY complexity, and make cursor updatable, if resulting cursor match to source table and fields.
