You may want to look into web-based conferencing sites like Webex or Placeware. The company I work for has a corp account w/Webex and I actually did a remote demo of our VFP application to people in Malaysia. I think the screen refresh delay was only about 5 seconds or so, which for my purposes I was able to tolerate. Of course, my having a cable modem connection at my home helped matters greatly! :)
