We've used both WebConference and PlaceWare for this very successfully. PlaceWare is considerably more expensive but is much nicer to use. WebConference is cheap ($40/month for 30 seats and unlimited usage) but we've had some technical problems of late (clients getting dropped so they have to reconnect, which takes several minutes).
