Is there a way to have a line in the report detail section dynamically highlighted based on the contents of the row being displayed?

For example, I have a report that displays 100 rows from a table of about 400,000 rows. About the middle of the 100 is the row with the best match. I would like that row displayed/printed in bold font to bring it to the user's attention, however it is important that they have the option to page back and forth amongst the other records, which must be kept in the same order. In other words, I don't want the best match displayed first.

If anybody has a way of opening the preview window on a page other than the first, that would be useful also.
