That, unfortunately, didn't cover creating the service. It mostly spoke of consuming. There was a reference to an artcile on the MSDN Web site, but that was one of the ones I've tried and have gotten the error.

FWIW, I get the same error in VFP 8, which leads me to believe it may be some sort of configuration error with IIS.
