I changed the code to use my Customer table (I don't have samples installed) and their fields. I then went to classes and tried to modify some code there. At this point I got an error about include file. So, I just removed it and replaced TRUE/FALSE with constants. I made couple of other changes while reading code. It didn't help, though...
