Hi, Jim!

In the Help system, in the left pane, there is a tab for Favorites. If you click on that tab, down the bottom the current topic is displayed in a field, and there is an Add button. Click add and the topic will be stored there. If you do this with the topmost topic level it should do the trick for you. You can remove the topic from the favorites once your more than familiar with it and you want to clean up a bit.
