What exactly is the error message you're getting. I run Win2k and it works fine. We had a client who changed a machine to Win2k, screwed up somewhere along the line, and started getting an error. I told them how to register it, they did, and now it works fine for them too.

I must admit though, that I'm using the Date Time Picker directly, not with VFP's vcx, so if there is a problem, I'd guess it's likely in the vcx, not the ocx.
