My system is XP Pro (upgrade from XP Home). 512 MB. I downloaded VFP 8 beta. The self extractor completed and the setup dialog popped up. THe setup was started and a dialog "Windows cannot find ..prerequisites". I selected the fist item (the others were ghosted), "Prerequisites". A message appeared: "Setup is locating ..."

And then it appears to have stopped. IE 6 is installed.

Any help appreciated. I'll try running the extractor again.
