It's OK I found out my problem. The reason is I placed my htm files under a subdirectory. On the first .chm everything was fine but when the .chm was merged into another one then the htm would not display (same things with images). I put back everything on the same level and now it seems fine.

I'm still trying to figure a few things out but I'm in the good direction now.

Thanks for your help. Knowing it was feasible forced me to keep on trying.
