In order to avoid confusion, I would like to correct that statement.

Since the beginning, UT has a team which monitors and has some special numbers to contact the related persons when something happens. The bad luck happened that this week, nobody from that team was online when it happened.

It's just that some adjustments will be done to that current infrastructure.
